u.m.a. Architektur ZT GmbH (Arch. DI Ernst Unterluggauer, DI Djordje Milosevic, Zaid Al Khafaji) specialises in the provision of planning services for the building industry with a special emphasis on office and residential buildings as well as on hotels and touristic complexes.

Since its formation in 1999, the office has realised several considerable large-scale projects in Austria and abroad and has received several awards in competitions.

A further emphasis of u.m.a. is the development of prefabricated accommodation units. The aim of the concept is the cost-effective and rapid construction of accommodation units which are functional, energy saving and sustainable. 25 units have been constructed, the next step being the international expansion of the concept.

In addition to the headquarter in Vienna, u.m.a. has offices in Sofia and Belgrade with experiences in building large/scale projects in eastern Europe. We have a proven track-record of planning of execution and delivering high quality finished buildings, as well as translating artistic visions into built reality. In the past we have worked in collaboration with Aldo Rossi, Hans Hollein, Project A01, be (baumschlager-eberle), Wimmer, BWM, Graft.
